Okay…it’s Wednesday. First week of the competition. I’ve lost three pounds so far! I’m officially off the Diet Cokes. I’ve been eating my three meals a day. Yesterday, I had 2 oz. of cheese, fruit and toast. Sounds pretty good, right? For lunch I had a grilled chicken fajita salad with salsa for the dressing and a fruit cup. For dinner last night, I had broiled fish, broccoli and fruit. I’ve been taking my Metabolic weight loss supplements and I’ve been drinking TONS of water. TONS! And (don’t tell anybody), I’m PEEING ALL THE TIME! : ) How are y’all doing with your weight loss? WE CAN DO IT!

Hey Melody!! I just found out about this competition…are you exercising by yourself or is there some kind of guidance?? And when is the cut off for registration??
I’m not exercising regularly. I’m exercising when I can, but I’m really watching what I’m eating. Are you doing the contest, too, Carissa?
