So, I went to weigh in at Metabolic yesterday and I’ve lost TEN POUNDS!  Woo Hoo!  I am so pumped!!  Can’t wait to weigh in again on Friday and see how much I lose this week!!  YES!  How is everyone else doing on their diets?

I love you show. I am in Panama City and would love to lose weight with you. I can’t afford to join Metabolic Research. So can you give suggestions on what I can do to lose weight and I can join in for support on getting to my desired size. I don’t really care abolut joining the contest I just want to lose weight.

Angela…check out http://www.thedailyplate.com. Tell me what you think? I think it’s a great resource. Also…be sure you’re drinking plenty of water and really watch portions. That’s basically what I’ve been learning. I was eating WAY more than I needed to and wasn’t getting nearly enough water! Good luck! Keep me posted on how you’re doing!
