The two are definitely a couple, based on their lip lock and affectionate behavior while aboard a yacht in Portofino, Italy, last week. According to reports, Julianne and Ryan are in the midst of a 10-day vacation, which included an expensive dinner out with friends in Sardinia. Ryan picked up the tab, which was allegedly $41,000, and he added a $10,000 tip!
