21 POUNDS DOWN! YES!

So, I went to weigh in on Monday at Metabolic and am down 21 pounds so far!  YAY!  I’m feeling great!  My pants are loose, I’ve got tons of energy and it’s been a long time since I’ve actually wanted to try on new clothes!  I’m so excited!!  How’s everyone else doing??

YAY!  Went to Metabolic yesterday to weigh.  I’m at the 19 pound mark…and will hopefully be at 20 by the end of the week!  The pants are getting really loose! : )  How’s everybody else doing on their weight loss?

Down 17 lbs!

Okay…so I survived my trip to Miami.  I was so worried about how I would do on the Metabolic program while on vacation…and I LOST WEIGHT!  YAY!  I’m down 17 pounds now.  One month down…two to go.  And I’m on track for my weight loss goal of 40 pounds!  I’m so excited and I’m feeling great!  How are y’all doing on your weight loss?  I wanna’ hear about it!

I weighed in on Tuesday…and I’ve lost 15 POUNDS!  Woo Hoo!  Talk about some motivation to keep going!  Whether you’ve lost 2 pounds or 20 so far…just KEEP GOING!  You can DO IT!  I know you can!  Let’s do it together…okay?

Great Website for Losing Weight

I’m going to weigh in today at Metabolic Research Center!  Can’t wait to see how much progress I’ve made!  I’ll give y’all an update tomorrow.

I wanted to tell y’all about a website that Mason showed me.  It’s awesome!  All kinds of great dieting stuff on it!  It can tell you the amount of calories in your meals, and it will also tell you (based on your height and weight) how many calories you should be eating every day in order to lose weight.  It’s www.thedailyplate.com.  Check it out!

So, I went to weigh in at Metabolic yesterday and I’ve lost TEN POUNDS!  Woo Hoo!  I am so pumped!!  Can’t wait to weigh in again on Friday and see how much I lose this week!!  YES!  How is everyone else doing on their diets?

Okay…I survived my son’s birthday party on Saturday.  I was so proud of myself!  I didn’t eat pizza or cake!  YES!  I went to weigh in last Friday and I’ve lost 7.5 pounds so far!  YAY!  That was all the incentive I needed to make it through the birthday party without chowing down!  Hope everyone is doing well on your weight loss!  Keep me posted on how it’s going.  WE CAN DO IT!

Okay…it’s Wednesday.  First week of the competition.  I’ve lost three pounds so far!  I’m officially off the Diet Cokes.  I’ve been eating my three meals a day.  Yesterday, I had 2 oz. of cheese, fruit and toast.  Sounds pretty good, right?  For lunch I had a grilled chicken fajita salad with salsa for the dressing and a fruit cup.  For dinner last night, I had broiled fish, broccoli and fruit.  I’ve been taking my Metabolic weight loss supplements and I’ve been drinking TONS of water.  TONS!  And (don’t tell anybody), I’m PEEING ALL THE TIME! : )  How are y’all doing with your weight loss?  WE CAN DO IT!

Day one

If you’re like me and you’ve wanted to lose weight for a while, but you’ve felt overwhelmed at STARTING the process or you just couldn’t get motivated…this blog is for YOU!  This is day one of our weight loss challenge, but (since I can’t technically “compete”) I actually started Friday.  I joined Metabolic Weight Loss because I’d heard some really good things about their weight loss success.  I’m not gonna’ lie…it’s been a lifestyle change, FOR SURE.  But I probably NEEDED a lifestyle change, right?  I’ve weened myself off Diet Cokes (a HUGE addiction for me) and I’m eating what they’ve suggested.  It’s working.  I went to weigh in today and have lost 3 pounds!  In three days!  Again…it’s been a big change in lifestyle.  But I’m ready to go!!  What are y’all planning to do for your weight loss?  Any other programs you’re trying or tried-and-true methods?  Good luck to you all!  Can’t wait to hear your success stories!  (And if you didn’t go by to register today at Metabolic…go this week for sure!!).
